Base Oil Report: As per the directives, On Jan. 1 the European Commission will ban distillate aromatic extracts in tires creating a huge demand for heavy napthenics pale oils like PALE- 2000,etc, Tyre industries may find dificult at inital level and cost factors also to be taken into account for using a heavy oils. Napthenics base oils hving a higher viscosity in the range of 125 - 400 Cst may be suitable replacment in the tire industries.
